George and I married in August of 1961.  We have one son, Braden, who is still living single; consequently, we have no grandchildren.  We've lived in North Richland Hills for 32 years.  Both of us have been active in city commissions or boards.  I have been a member of the Oak Crest Women's Club since 1975.  I taught school at Dallas Kimball High from 1960-69.  I still substitute  teach in the Birdville ISD.  I love  gardening, playing bridge, reading, and staying active physically.   I work out, walk, and do all of my housework.  George is not well at this time.  He is recovering from a serious colon surgery performed in November of 2005.  He has the determination to return  to physical fitness.  His illness kept me from attending the 50th reunion.  I deeply regret missing this one3.  Maybe I'll have another chance in five!
